What we collect
When you contact us — through the form on this site, by email, or by WhatsApp — we collect what you give us: your name, business name, phone number, email address, and the content of your message.
Why we collect it
We use this information to respond to your inquiry, follow up about our services, and, if you become a customer, to deliver and support the operations system we build for you.
If you message us or reply to a message from us on WhatsApp, we store your phone number and the content of that conversation so we can respond and keep track of what was discussed. WhatsApp is operated by Meta; your use of WhatsApp is also subject to Meta's own privacy policy.
Who we share it with
We don't sell your information or share it for advertising. We use a small number of service providers to run our business — for example Twilio (WhatsApp messaging) and Formspree (contact form delivery) — and they only see what's needed to provide that service.
How long we keep it
We keep your information for as long as we're in touch with you or you're a customer, and for a reasonable time after in case you get back in touch. You can ask us to delete it sooner at any time.
Your rights
You can ask us what information we have about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email aviv@sovereignhq.org and we'll handle it within a few business days.
