By using this site or working with Sovereign, you agree to these terms.

The service

Sovereign designs and builds custom operations systems for service businesses — WhatsApp lead capture, client dashboards, and payment tracking — tailored to how your business runs.

Pricing and payment

Pricing is quoted per business at the rate shown when you sign up. Founding customer pricing is locked in for as long as you remain a customer. Billing is monthly unless we agree otherwise in writing.

30-day guarantee

If we don't capture at least 3 leads in your first 30 days that would otherwise have slipped through WhatsApp, we'll refund you in full — no questions asked.

Cancellation

You can cancel at any time; there's no long-term lock-in beyond the current billing month.

Your responsibilities

You're responsible for the accuracy of the information you give us and for using the system lawfully — including getting any consent needed from your own customers before we message them on your behalf.

Our liability

We do our best to build and maintain a system that works reliably, but we can't guarantee it will be error-free or uninterrupted at all times. We're not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from its use.

Changes

We may update these terms as the service evolves. We'll update the date at the top of this page when we do.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Israel.
